Ecks vs. Sever

There's nothing subtle about EvsS. There's nothing to think about, no message; just a lot of Ecksplosions and Severe destruction. Sever is a woman (Lucy Liu) who was raised from birth to be an assassin. Ecks (Antonio Banderas) is a disenfranchised FBI bad ass. They start off as enemies then find they have the same goals and both hate this guy named Gant. Gant hates both of them too, so much fighting ensues and many nameless henchmen get caught in the cross fire.

One of the few nonbuddy action movies worth watching. EvsS is worth owning for those times when you just wanna see someone get their ass kicked, but your girlfriend/wife wants to watch too (there's just enough touchy feely from Ecks' wife and son). Actually, you probably won't remember any of the fights Lucy Liu isn't in.
